My additional recommendation:
If a certain chakra is not as balanced as you would like it to be, repeat its Bija mantra silently for yourself, or even say it out aloud.
You can also do this before an important event. For example, if you prepare yourself for a presentation, repeat ‘Ham’ to strengthen your communication skills, or if you are not clear about a decision you have to take, repeat ‘Om’ in order to strengthen your intuition.
